Originally built in 1965 and designed by Emory Roth & Sons Architect, 1330 Avenue of the Americas is a 40 stories premier skyscraper which offers a variety of five-star amenities and services to its tenants. In 2010 the building was bought by RXR Realty LLC who started a $30 milion dollar renovation process of the facade, lobby, corridors and elevators. The Caldia marble was chosen as the material to be installed for the new floors and approximately 5000 square meters of 60 cm x 60 cm were supplied, in 2 cm thickness.
