Originally Built in 1927, this 17-story building (the tallest in the Gramercy Park area) was originally the Salvation Army’s Residence for women and later became the School of Visual Arts’ facility, before being sold to the Zeckendorf Group in 2012 who decided to convert its space into condominium apartments. The project consisted of approximately 450 square meters of 2 cm Caldia marble, both in polished and honed finishing, for the completion of the entire area of her bathroom (floors, walls, shower and vanity tops) in all the 13 units of the building.
