Located within the grounds of the General Theological seminary, 455 W 20th St is a condominium comprised of two developments: the West Building, conversion of one of the oldest buildings in Chelsea, and the Annex, a free-standing structure built specifically for this project. MGI supplied the Caldia marble for all the master baths of the condominium’s 22 units; a total of 800 square meters were cut to size for vanity tops, showers, tubs and wainscoting, 1″ x 1″ Caldia mosaic tiles were also installed in the bathroom floors.
